Quest Pilates Studio offers three Yoga Classes each week

  •  Yoga Mondays and Fridays at 10:00 am, and Wednesdays at 11:00 am
  • All ages, body types, and physical conditions are welcome for a  Yoga Class –  even if in injury recovery
  • All poses can be modified with props or a chair, to experience the myriad benefits of Yoga



  • Focus on fluidity and stability of the joints and clarity of the mind
  • Coordination and strength are challenged resulting in overall improved flexibility and fitness
