How many of us have gone through injuries in our lives? How many or us have received physical therapy and medical treatment to address our physical problems? How many of us have been released to go back to our physical activities? And yet, when we are released, we find ourselves in a situation where we can’t resume what we want to do, or we resume activities and shortly re-injure and are back to square one?
There is a HUGE gap between a medical release and our “normal”. At Quest we understand this situation better than anyone. Quest, has a post-rehab program designed specifically to fill this gap. Our unique approach provides you with knowledgeable trainers and an environment conducive to get you on the right track.
Quest Pilates studio has the most highly trained STOTT-Pilates, yoga, and personal trainers in our area. We dedicate every one-on-one session programmed around your limitations and goals. We regularly work in conjunction with doctors and physical therapist to address our client’s post-rehab needs.
Our equipment has been carefully selected to facilitate your success. We are here to make you successful in the areas that have held back your body. We know that it’s not just about challenging the body. Our trainers are leaders that understand the delicate balance between pushing a client to get stronger and pushing a client back into injuries.
Our priority is to consistently provide top-notch services. Every trainer at Quest is constantly participating in education programs that keeps them on the cutting edge of proper and functional exercise science. All of our Pilates instructors are trained and certified under the extensive STOTT-Pilates method. We are here to help you transition into a more fitness oriented program or a better quality life.
