Circuit Dynamic, fast-paced workout that will raise your heart rate while toning your body, improving your endurance, flexibility and strength.
– Monday 6:00 AM – 6:50 AM
– Wednesday 6:00 AM – 6:50 AM
– Friday 6:00 AM – 6:50 AM

Mat Pilates This class uses the fundamentals of Pilates to strengthen you inside and out. In this class you can expect movements like planks, side planks, and core exercises on a mat while incorporating small props. Mat and props provided as part of the class. No reformer is used.
– Thursday 9:00 AM – 9:50 AM

Reformer (limit 3 people per class) A great introduction to reformer work. This class will focus on core strength and proper muscle engagement with improves athletic performance, back pain, injury recovery, weight loss, balance and posture. With a small class size you can expect to get personalized instruction that will help you progress at your own pace while enjoying the support of a group class.

Power Reformer (limit 3 people per class) For students who have experience with reformer work. This class will provide a total body workout that focuses on building power, strength and muscular endurance through isolated and integrated movements. This is a faster paced class than our Reformer class.

Yoga Stretch A gentle yoga class that incorporates a chair for support during standing poses. This class includes yoga postures and relaxation.
