We are still working on hard on putting out new classes for all different levels. As with all great things, it’s taking some time. We will have more information to share by the end of the month. Please note: Yoga classes on November 6, 8, and 11 are cancelled.
Be on the lookout for some exciting class changes in the next two weeks! We are finalizing the schedule and are excited to announce that we are adding Reformer, Circuit, and Stretching classes to our existing lineup of mat Pilates and yoga that we already offer.

Quest welcomes our new yoga instructor, Matt Snider! He will be offering yoga classes on Mondays and Fridays at 10:00 am, and Wednesdays at 11:00 am. Come try your first class for free!

You are welcome to come to Quest Pilates and Yoga studio for a free trial class of gentle yoga Mondays at 11:00, starting Jan. 5. No matter your physical condition, the class can be modified to suit you. If you are trying to lose weight, yoga can help in many ways: it lowers levels of cortisol, a stress hormone that promotes storage of dangerous belly fat. It helps regulate insulin levels in the blood, promoting healthy fat metabolism. Perhaps most importantly when it comes to weight loss, yoga helps you be present with your body exactly how it is, to know it and accept it. This state of mind helps change come naturally, what you no longer need in your life, what no longer serves you, can just go. No pushing it away, just accepting. Quest also offers a more challenging yoga class on tues and thurs mornings. Come join us!
