Dear Quest Family, 

In light of the concerns around Covid-19, we want you to know that we at Quest are taking extra precautions with your safety in mind.  

It is standard at our studio to wipe down equipment after each use, but we will be wiping down all surfaces including handles, bars, weights or any part of the equipment that may be used before, after and during your sessions.  

Movement from equipment to equipment will be minimal during your sessions to avoid further risk at this time.  

There is hand sanitizer at the front door and around the studio.  We ask that you use it freely and liberally while at the studio.    

We ask that if you are experiencing any signs or symptoms, please refrain from coming in, out of respect for others in the studio.  

Private training sessions will continue as scheduled with your trainer.  Classes will also continue, as they are small in nature and manageable at this time.  We will continue to monitor and make considerations as necessary.  

If you do not feel comfortable being at classes, please call and we will make arrangements to suspend your account.  In order to stay compliant with Federal and State policies, please call to make sure classes have not been cancelled. Or check our schedule on Mindbody.

We are excited to share our new class schedule which more than triples the number of classes we offer, and expands the types of classes offered. For those of you who have asked, we are offering two reformer classes – one Pilates Essential class and another more challenging Power Pilates class. Whew! 2019 is already a blur, and the team here at Quest have some exciting news to share for 2020. Maife, the founder and visionary of Quest is handing the ownership baton to Matt and Becca Snider, who have been a part of the Quest family since its inception. Below is Maife’s letter to our family:

During the holidays, the needs in our community become more stark. As a way to give back, Quest Pilates is hosting a Donation Drive for Hope Harbour. Hope Harbour is a non-profit organization that provides services and shelter to women and men (and children), who are victims of domestic violence.

The residents in the Hope Harbour shelter are responsible for keeping their rooms clean and because so many survivors come with literally the clothes on their back, they don’t have cleaning supplies, or any supplies, handy. We are asking our members and friends to drop off cleaning supplies or household items at Quest until December 21. We will take everything we get to Hope Harbour.

We are still working on hard on putting out new classes for all different levels. As with all great things, it’s taking some time. We will have more information to share by the end of the month. Please note: Yoga classes on November 6, 8, and 11 are cancelled.

Be on the lookout for some exciting class changes in the next two weeks! We are finalizing the schedule and are excited to announce that we are adding Reformer, Circuit, and Stretching classes to our existing lineup of mat Pilates and yoga that we already offer.

Quest welcomes our new yoga instructor, Matt Snider! He will be offering yoga classes on Mondays and Fridays at 10:00 am, and Wednesdays at 11:00 am.  Come try your first class for free!

Monday June 29 Gentle Yoga, and Tuesday June 30 Vinyasa Yoga classes will be cancelled this week.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
