Quest now offers Gentle Yoga on Wednesday at 11:00, and Friday at 10:15, and Moderate Vinyasa Yoga on Monday at 10:15. Pilates Mat class is every Wednesday at 10:00, and Strength/Cardio Circuit classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00.

You are welcome to come to Quest Pilates and Yoga studio for a free trial class of gentle yoga Mondays at 11:00, starting Jan. 5. No matter your physical condition, the class can be modified to suit you. If you are trying to lose weight, yoga can help in many ways: it lowers levels of cortisol, a stress hormone that promotes storage of dangerous belly fat. It helps regulate insulin levels in the blood, promoting healthy fat metabolism. Perhaps most importantly when it comes to weight loss, yoga helps you be present with your body exactly how it is, to know it and accept it. This state of mind helps change come naturally, what you no longer need in your life, what no longer serves you, can just go. No pushing it away, just accepting.
